Services
Atlas Jet Services, LLC provides private aviation brokerage, charter coordination, aircraft management, and related concierge services. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated air carriers. Atlas Jet Services, LLC acts as an agent on behalf of clients and does not operate aircraft directly. The availability of specific aircraft and routes is subject to change without notice.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Atlas Jet Services, LLC. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a written confirmation is issued. Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service, aircraft, and operator. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made within 24–72 hours of departure may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment. Atlas Jet Services, LLC will communicate the applicable terms clearly at the time of booking.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid identification, travel documents, visas, and any other documentation required for their journey. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules established by the operating air carrier. Atlas Jet Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or fails to comply with these requirements.
Liability Limitations
Atlas Jet Services, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and FAA-certificated air carriers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, lost baggage, or any damages arising from the acts or omissions of operating air carriers or third-party service providers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Atlas Jet Services, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government actions, air traffic control decisions, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or mechanical failures. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in rebooking or obtaining alternative arrangements.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Atlas Jet Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
